About Don Hibbard

Don Hibbard served as an architectural historian and director for Hawaii's state historic preservation office for twenty-four years. He is the author of The Role of Rock, a study of popular music as a reflection of youth culture, and The View from Diamond Head, which traced the development of Waikiki from ancient Hawaiian times to the present.
