Its appearance among the finance literature marks the fact that Islamic asset management, along with Islamic finance in general, is moving from a niche status to be part of the mainstream, albeit with its own specificities. Those who read this highly informative book, written by an acknowledged industry professional, will acquire a clear insight into Islamic asset management and the opportunities it offers to both investors and asset managers. -- Simon Archer, MA PhD FCA FRSA, Visiting Professor, ICMA Centre, Henley Business School, University of Reading A look at the Table of Contents of this book gives an idea of its scope and comprehensiveness.
