Sometimes the garden is the place that we forgot that we can create things to make it even more beautiful. The book brings together many different crafting techniques to bring you some amazing projects. Friends and family won't believe you haven't bought the items as they look so professional. There are 30 projects packed into the book for you to follow and make. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The instructions are step by step as well as the photos
to assist you. The book helps you to create everything from a candle holder to natural fencing and bird feeders. Not only does the book give you step by step instructions how to make things, it also gives you examples of using other materials to make a similar project.
The thing I also love is not only are the projects
easy to follow they also use many cheap materials to create amazing effects.
I really like this book and all the amazing
projects that it holds.
I know what I'm going to spend my summer doing!
I can't wait to create some of these amazing things
to brighten up my garden.

Fill your garden with practical and fun items using a range of craft skills such as woodwork, mosaic, painting, sewing and more. This will appeal to anybody with a taste for DIY and the tools to go with it; due to the wide range of different crafts featured. The book is divided into sections for different garden areas such as the patio, walls, al fresco dining, paths and my own favorite attracting wildlife. Bird feeders, wind spinners, wreaths, decorated glassware, wind chimes, stepping stones and more use various objects that can be easily sourced or recycled. Some of these include pipes, garden stakes, leftover house paint, tree bark, old picture frame, garden twine, pebbles and more. Each project is handsomely illustrated with color photos showing many stages and a large picture of the item in situ. There are panels about some of the materials used, a list of both supplies and equipment needed and a handy shot of the materials and tools. This is obviously not a book for beginners as it does not teach woodwork or other core skills although not too much experience is needed to tackle the projects, just the basics. Other craft skills are described in more detail if they are simpler to master such as the decoupage chairs or macrame pot holder. If you want to add the finishing touch to your garden and impress guests with your talents then this is a good book covering a subject not often featured.
