Dunn Senior Academic Chair and Program Director of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program; Vice Chair of Academic Affairs in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at The Methodist Hospital--Houston; Clerkship Director and Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at The University of Texas--Houston Medical School (Houston, Texas). Barry Simon, MD Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine University of California, San Francisco Chairman, Department of Emergency Medicine Alameda County Medical Center Oakland, California San Francisco, CA Kay Takenaka, MD Emergency Medicine Clerkship Director UT-Houston School of Medicine Houston, TX Adam Rosh, MD earned a BS in Biochemistry and a Master's Degree in Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
