Gary Mitchell's play Loyal Women was first performed at the Royal Court Theatre, London, in 2003.

Loyal Women Reviews

'His writing has the blazing conviction of lived experience combined with an unfashionable relish for strong plots. His best work has a stomach-churning intensity... What a superb night of theatre this is'

* Daily Telegraph *

'A vivid portrait of entrenched attitudes... a devastating critique of society where violence is still seen as the solution rather than the problem'

* Guardian *
