About Geri L. Dickson, PhD, RN

Geri L. Dickson, PhD, RN, is founder and Executive Director of the New Jersey Collaborating Center for Nursing affiliated with the Rutgers University College of Nursing.||Linda Flynn, PhD, RN, earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland, and her master's degree and doctorate from Rutgers University. She did postdoctoral education at the Center for Health Outcomes and Policy Research, University of Pennsylvania, under the direction of Dr. Linda Aiken. She is currently the Director of Research of the New Jersey Collaborating Center for Nursing, Rutgers College of Nursing, where she also serves as Assistant Professor. She has taught courses in research and policy to masters and doctoral students for many years
