This books has been specially designed to test the ability in English of children who intent sitting for the Selection Examination.

Planned after a careful study of examination papers set by various Education Authorities, the book contains 30 complete tests, each of which is divided into seven sections lettered A to G. In each test Section A is a Comprehension Test, Section G is a Composition Exercise, whilst the remaining sections are devoted to Grammar, Spelling, Vocabulary, Sentence Construction, Punctuation, Figures of Speech, etc., topics which appear in most Selection Examination English papers.
