Jyotsna Pattnaik is a Professor and director of the Master's program in Early Childhood Education at California State University, Long Beach. She has written extensively on the topics of multicultural education and children's issues in South Asia, and is the editor of the book, Childhood in South Asia: A Critical Look at Issues, Policies, and Programs.
