About Jack Hanrahan

DAVID WALTERS is is an Associate Professor in Marketing in the Department of Business, Macquarie University, Sydney. An experienced academic, he has written seven books on the topic of retailing. He has also worked as a consultant for many years with several top retailing brands.

JACK HANRAHAN is a Retail Operations Manager within an electronics firm. After 20 years of experience in retailing, he now has responsibility for over eighty stores and approximately 1,700 staff.
