About Jay Brandi

Jay Brandi earned his Ph.D. in finance with a minor in law from the University of Arizona and his M.B.A. with emphasis in business statistics and marketing from Texas Christian University. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst. Dr. Brandi serves as a professor and the chair of the Department of Finance at the University of Louisville. He has hosted a radio talk show, served as the assistant director of the Florida Division of Securities, and as a lobbyist for the Comptroller of the State of Florida. Dr. Brandi is a member of the Education Advisory Board for the Louisville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and for 32 years, served as the curriculum coordinator and a member of the Steering Committee for Project BUILD, a summer mini-M.B.A. program held at the University of Louisville in partnership with several profit and nonprofit organizations.
