When, in 1952, Jay Norris went straight from college to be a teacher of English and Drama, in a new secondary modern school at Cheshunt, in Hertfordshire, Cliff Richard was one of her pupils. Her memoirs affectionately record, among many other things, their friendship over more than fifty years. 'Just Inside My Head' is an amusing, very readable autobiography and includes some new and charming photographs of Cliff, as well as other people in the much-valued 'Wall of Friendship'.
