Summary
In this sequel to "The Blacksmith", Ann and sister Glory have survived and prospered following the removal of the evil sect which nearly cost them their lives. When Ann's lover leaves her however, she is shell-shocked and agrees to a passionless marriage, putting her at risk of losing the forge.
