About John Gratto

John Gratto worked five years as a K-12 principal and 23 years as a superintendent of schools in school districts ranging from 450 to 4500 students. Since 2012, he has served as an associate professor, teaching graduate classes and supervising teachers who are interning as principals in Virginia Tech's principal preparation program.
