A scuba guide aimed primarily at the beginner, detailing the techniques and equipment needed to get started and to advance. It is written in accordance with the teaching requirements of the National Association of Underwater Instructors (NAUI). It features descriptions of the many kinds of scuba equipment, the different types of instruction available, guidelines for keeping the dive locations as pure as possible and advice on possible dive problems and general diving first aid.
