About John Sheperd

John Shepherd is a well respected health, fitness and sports journalist. He is contributing editor to Ultra-FIT magazine, and has also written for GQ, FHM, Men's Fitness, Peak Performance, The Times and numerous other publications. He holds a degree in physical education, together with numerous other sports and fitness qualifications, and was a regular member of the Great Britain and England athletic teams as a long jumper in the eighties and nineties.
