The purpose of this book is to provide clinical explanation, justification and/or validation of various commonly used manual therapy procedures for people with low back pain. Basic science information in the areas of spinal anatomy and mechanics provides the background for understanding spinal motion therapy application. Biomechanical and neurophysiologic principles are addressed and many case studies and/or illustrations are used to highlight the principles explained.
