This is an anthology of Kingsley Amis's choice of poems. In his introduction he explains that the collection comprises his favourite poetry, not necessarily a collection of what he regards as being the best of English poetry. Kingsley Amis' book "The Old Devils" won the Booker Prize in 1986.
