About Lilly M. Berry

Lilly Berry is Professor of Psychology at San Francisco State University, where she has been since 1981. She earned her Ph. D. at the University of California, Los Angeles. Since 1974 she has been teaching a broad spectrum of psychology courses, including introductory, abnormal, physiological, and industrial/organizational. She has a strong research background which includes a personnel research project at the Los Angeles Unified School District and consultant work on research methodology for Technology Service Corporation in Los Angeles. Fully grounded in the working world, Dr. Berry worked for several years in clerical and administrative positions when she was still a student. She has been co-coordinator of the Master's Program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at San Francisco State University for ten years and has additional administrative experience as Chair of Psychology.
