JJ Wilson graduated from The University of Edinburgh with an MA in History of Art and English Literature. After training at International House, London, he taught and trained teachers in Egypt, Lesotho (where he ran a student theatre), Colombia, UK and Italy, where he now lives. At present he teaches a combination of General and Business English to adults. His teaching is broadly humanistic - he often presents language by using his own photos and through anecdotes. His chief interests in the field include vocabulary acquisition and the development of innovative methods and materials for the classroom. Language to Go is JJ's first ELT book, but his short fiction has been published by Penguin and Pulp Faction, among others. He was a junior international rugby player and still plays when time allows.
