Not only did she become an aviator, but Amelia was actually the first woman to ever fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean. She embarked on amazing adventures with her beloved plane, which she named The Yellow Canary. Amelia and her plane went on many adventures, so many that she later decided to open an organization only for women who wanted to become aviators, like her!
