Mark D. Kilby is Dame Hilda Lloyd Professor of Maternal and Fetal Medicine in the University of Birmingham and Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust. Anthony Johnson is Professor at the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences, University of Texas Medical School at Houston and Co-Director of the The Fetal Center, affiliated with Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital and McGovern Medical School at University of Texas. Dick Oepkes is Professor and Director of the Fetal Diagnosis and Treatment Unit, Leids Universitair Medisch Centrum, Netherlands.
