Formerly an executive director of David Venus & Company Limited, a leading firm of Chartered Secretaries, where she was appointed secretary and consultant to many companies, as well as heading up the provision of trade mark, health and safety and employment advice. Martha is the author of The ICSA Directors Guide and a co-author of A Practical Guide to the Memorandum and Articles of Association, and for many years she has co-run the ICSA course The Role of the Company Secretary.
