Matt Skinner is a wine writer, consultant and educator. He is the author of the international bestseller Thirsty Work, which was awarded Best Educational Wine Book UK at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in 2005 and has sold in 14 countries and 10 languages, and Heard it Through the Grapevine, published in 2008. Matt has twice been short-listed for the IWSC International Communicator of the Year Award and is consultant to clients around the world, including Jamie Oliver's restaurant group, Fifteen, which he helped to establish.
