Elementary, My Dear Watkins is, in my opinion, the best in the series. Excellent tension maintained throughout. I liked the characters, the story line, and the resolution, somewhat, of the problems between Jo and her parents and her former fiancee. I highly recommend this book to readers.

This is a satisfying and comfortable ending to the Smart Chick Mystery series. The mystery is unrelated to the ones in the first two books. It's well done and unexpected.
