About Nicola Padfield

Nicola Padfield is Senior Lecturer at the Law Faculty, University of Cambridge, and a Fellow of Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge. She has published widely on criminal law and criminal justice, and is the author of a number of books. A qualified Barrister, she sits as a recorder in the Crown Court and is a Bencher of the Middle Temple. She is the editor of Archbold Review.
