Science French Course by Paget C.W. Moffatt
THE title of this book sufficiently indicates its purpose, namely to provide students who have to read French books on scientific subjects with the necessary minimum of grammar and a selection of extracts from which a little preliminary practice may be obtained. The method followed will readily be seen from a glance at the Table of Contents. It may here be explained that Part I contains what must be learnt at the start and during the reading of the Premieres Lectures, while Part II can be learnt later or kept for reference. The Author's thanks are due to several teachers who have given him the benefit of their experience in the preparation of this book.
