Prosecutor Ben Kaplan's loyalties are stretched when he uncovers a fraud racket run by a group of orthodox Jews. As simmering violence boils over onto the streets of Brooklyn and the counterfeiting case becomes something altogether more deadly, the finger of blame points very close to home.
