King of Hell Summary

King of Hell: v. 8 by Ra In-Soo

Young and Majeh are fighting against One-Eye's zombie army. However, more than just puppets, some of the zombies are found to be old friends, like Dohak. Spurred on by their love for fighting while alive, they are almost unstoppable. However, by releasing a Full Energy Force, Dohak is defeated (and freed from his chains). Majeh finally corners One-Eye all by himself, but before he can force any answers out of him, One-Eye commits suicide. However, Majeh uses his buddy, Samhuk, to seize One-Eye's soul as it departs from his body. Majeh sends a letter to his master, telling of how the Sa Gok had transformed all the missing martial artists into zombies and are determined to create a war between the sects! However, Majeh is more interested in checking out a rumored tomb on Devil Mountain that supposedly has a lot of treasure. However, anyone that sets foot in the mountain goes mad and turns on his friends, killing them all. There is a bit of a tussle at the table of Martial Arts Leaders, discussing the recent occurrences of the zombie martial artists and of how Majeh's background is unknown, and thus, dubious. However, they get off topic and decide to send each of their representatives to investigate the recently discovered tomb at Devil Mountain. Just outside of the tomb entrance, masses of martial artists schools are gathering, and the fearsome Chung Myung Hhk Soo, demon hunter, shows up! Majeh and Young follow the demon hunter into the tomb where they find that the King of the Pa Chun sword is what everyone is after. While Young is there only to collect information, Majeh finds the whole thing fun. There is a short sign of foreshadowing by the bad guys, implying that the whole tomb rumor was a ploy to gather the strongest martial artists schools in one place, so that they may all be annihilated.
