About Richard Hogston

RICHARD HOGSTON is Associate Dean and Head of School, School of Health and Community Care, Leeds Metropolitan University, UK. He co-edited the first and second editions (with Penny Simpson) as well as contributing a chapter to both. BARBARA MARJORAM is Lecturer in Nursing, School of Nursing and Midwifery, University of Southampton, UK. She has also contributed a chapter to both previous editions.
