Rina Singh was born in India and grew up in a small town where there were no public libraries. Luckily, her school library was well-stocked, and she grew up loving books. Rina lives with her husband in Toronto, where she teaches art, drama, and writing. Jordi Vila Delclos was born in Barcelona. Before he built a career as an illustrator, he studied music and played the vibraphone in various jazz groups. He loves listening to jazz and drawing pirates.
