Designing a New Taxonomy of Educational Objectives by Robert J. Marzano
This book articulates a taxonomy of educational objectives that uses the best research and theory accumulated since the publication of Taxonomy of Educational Objectives, (Bloom,et al, 1956). This work should be considered a first step in the construction of a new model although the research, theory, and practice are solid enough to be used in its' present form for a variety of purposes. The New Taxonomy is intended to be used by classroom teachers, curriculum specialists, administrators, measurements' experts, and evaluation specialists in a variety of ways, many of which are addressed in this volume.
