Isle of Man Classic Steam: Isle of Man Railway in Colour from the 1950's to the Ailsa Era by Robert Robotham
The main feature of this book is the collection of colour photographs by some of Britain's leading railway photographers. These photographs were all taken between 1956 and 1968, in the pre-preservation period. Included are all the lines that are now closed, with trains at Douglas, Port Erin, St Johns, Peel, Ramsey and most intermediate stations. As well as 107 full colour photographs, a route map and track diagrams of the major stations are included. This book is aimed at transport enthusiasts and those with a special interest in the Isle of Man.
