About Ronald Dienstmann

Ronald Dienstmann, ME, is a physical education teacher in Topsfield, Massachusetts. Mr. Dienstmann has been teaching for 25 years and coached for 10 years. A native of Brazil, he spent 10 years working with a Brazilian professor who is a prominent children's swimming education expert. Mr. Dienstmann's work with that professor spurred his interest in the research on emotions and learning and on the schema theory of discrete motor skill learning, which led to the creation of this book.
