About Ros Taylor

A clinical psychologist and managing director, she travels the world developing the potential of employees through the Transformation Programme which she has formulated. She is one of the three key presenters for BBC Two's Confidence Lab. Newspapers have described her as 'the guru of personal development' and 'the best motivational speaker heard this year'. She was named by The Independent on Sunday as one of the top ten coaches in Britain. John Humphrey was formerly head of the Employment Risk Consulting practice of Marsh UK. He advises many leading employers on health and employment issues. He has run the healthcare functions of Procter and Gamble and the Beecham Group.
