About Rudi Bekkers

He holds an M.S. in technology and society from Eindhoven University of Technology where he is currently a Ph.D. candidate. Jan Smits is an independent telecommunications consultant and a professor of law and technology at Eindhoven University of Technology. He holds a masters (LL.M.) from Tilburg University and a Ph D in Law from Utrecht University in 1990.
