About Scott Guthery

Scott B. Guthery is the Chief Technology Officer of Mobile-Mind, a leading provider of wireless consulting services and SIM applications. Previously he led the team that developed the smart card for Schlumberger Corp. and served as the lead designer of Microsoft's Smart Card for Windows. He has authored GSM standards and holds 3 patents for his work on smart cards and real-time systems, and is a member of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI). Guthery is one of the best known names in the SIM field. Mary J. Cronin is a professor of management at the Carroll School of Management, Boston College, and a noted speaker on electronic commerce and Internet business strategies. She is the author of Doing Business on the Internet , Doing More Business on the Internet, and Global Advantage on the Internet.
