The brothers Frank and Joe Hardy go undercover at a major skateboarding contest in Venice, California to find out which competitor is trying to kill off the competition-literally. The list of suspects includes Dex Thom, a skilled skateboarder whose parents wanted him to be a musical prodigy. Then there's the Pink Shadow, a girl of mystery, and her equally secretive trainer, Mr. Miyagi. Plus, there's the Wraith, a dark and brooding young man.
