Although Building and Effective Women's Ministry is 363 pages long, I devoured it, cover-to-cover, in one sitting. The writing style was as comfortable as the content was practical. As I read, my highlighter pen flew along, tracing the many 'a-ha' moments inspired along the way. The acronyms, ministry models, suggested timelines and sections on ministry personalities were especially insightful. The quotes, stories and analogies made this weighty subject both intriguing and fun. A terrific resource!
