'A' Level Law Q&A by Shears et al
'A' Level law is a subject that requires a lot from a student: the syllabus coverage is wide.We have considered the published requirements of the JMB,the AEB and the University of London at 'Advanced' and 'Advanced Supplementary' level. The aim of this book is to help the student penetrate some of the problematic areas by presenting practical answers to typical examination questions. Each syllabus area has been covered by a subject specialist to provide candidates with the material they need to know for these examinations. There has been considerable movement in many areas covered by this book since its first publication. In preparing this new edition, the authors have been able to incorporate much new material including civil and criminal procedure, particularly the proposals for structural change, developments on parliamentary procedure and propriety, public order, statutory developments in contract law, the developing tort of negligence, the constantly shifting nature of our civil liberties, and changes in family and employment law.
