About Stephen Hill

STEPHEN HILL is Director of the Welsh Economy Research Unit at Cardiff Business School. He is editor of the Welsh Economic Review and has published widely on inward investment and regional development.

BRIAN MORGAN is currently Director of the Small Firms Research Unit at Cardiff Business School. He was previously Chief Economist at the Welsh Development Agency.
