Jimmy Neutron has a problem - he never picks up his pants and puts them away in the wardrobe, and his mum is getting fed-up of clearing up after him! If he doesn't change his messy habits then he won't get to go to the movies with his friends. Jimmy's newest invention, Smart pants, seems to solve all his problems - that is, until it turns against him and he finds himself under attack...from his own pants!
