Aimed at seasoned and new walkers, this guide contains 25 routes in all - 15 seven-day walks and 10 weekend routes. They encompass some of Britain's finest walking country including Dartmoor, the Pembrokeshire Coast, the Peak District, the Yorkshire Dales, the Lake District and Hadrian's Wall. Published in association with the Youth Hostelling Association, each route goes from hostel to hostel and is illustrated with a sketch map and photographs. Items of local interest along each route are covered.
