There are two types of gnosis, knowing, that of mysticism and science. In confining itself to the study of what can be empirically be known science can't cover ultimate causes. This is a lucid, poetic, impassioned statement by a mystic explaining the current movement in science toward a spiritual world view. It draws the larger picture of the underlying compatibility of scientifically and gnostically derived knowledge.
