About Tia Stanmore

Tia Stanmore is a member of the Pilates Foundation and a self-employed pilates instructor, having developed an extensive private patient base in London. She has presented numerous conferences and training in the 'Clinical Application of Pilates in Physiotherapy'. She is a Board Member for Dance UK Physiotherapy Advisory Board and has developed a role in injury prevention and in skill training for dancers.
