About V. Lenhardt

VINCENT LENHARDT is a well-known consultant and former President of the French Transactional Analysis Association. He has worked in the field of organizational development with numerous companies, consultants and change managers for over twenty years. He is an expert member of the Association for Progress in Management of the MEDEF.
His book, originally published in French as Les Responsables Porteurs de Sens, is a seminal work in coaching and team-building. He is also the author, with Alain Godard, of Transformational Leadership, published by Palgrave Macmillan.
