William A. Hamilton served 20 years on active duty, to include two years in Vietnam, 57 days in Cambodia, two years with the U.S. Air Force, and one year with the U.S. Navy. His numerous awards and medals include the Silver Star, the Distinguished Flying Cross, four Bronze Stars (two for valor) and the Purple Heart. He lives in Granby, Colorado.
