1951. First Edition. 259 pages. No dust jacket. Blue cloth with gilt lettering. Black and white photographic frontispiece with plates throughout. Pages have light foxing throughout, heavier to first and last pages. Small stains to bottom of pages 107-109, text remains unaffected. Plates are bright and clear, with some light tanning and foxing to edges. Slight crinkling to paper at gutters, however binding remains firm. Pencil inscription to front free endpaper. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Moderate sunning to spine and light sunning to edges. Very slight crushing to spine ends. Dents to edges of both boards. Gilt lettering is bright and clear.
