Hinges are cracked with exposed netting, however text block remains firm. Front endpaper has been removed. Heavy tears to front pastedown with board revealed. Previous owner's intense inscriptions to endpapers and pastedowns. Boards have some edge wear, with slight bumping and fraying to corners, while spine ends are moderately crushed and rubbed. Slightly scratched, rubbed and marked overall. Spine intensely sunned and mottled. White liquid marks to front and spine, possibly of avian origin. A few liquid droplet marks to rear too.
