Enclosed sepia photograph stuck onto card, which is labelled as 'the Barton family' standing in front of Pendorlan Villa. Slight cracking to gutters and hinges causing binding to be loose; one plate detached but still present. Pages have light tanning and foxing throughout. Plates are bright and clear, with some light tanning and foxing to edges. Slight water staining to hinges and endpapers. Pencil inscriptions to front pastedown. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Light sunning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Widespread faint water stains to front, rear and spine.
