Some gutter cracking. Occasional very minor pencil marginalia. Some pages cut more roughly than others; several pages slightly miscut with mild tears to corners or margins not affecting text. Notable brown stain to frontis, also mildly affecting title page. Moderate wear and bumping to spine, board edges and corners, with crushing, splitting and some loss to spine ends. Notable sunning to spine and (unevenly) to boards, with liquid stains, soiling and other marks across the boards. Book has a mild forward lean. Gilt is bright.
